There are a number of ways to preserve food for later use. Most of them involve changing the structure or the chemistry of the food. It also results in affecting the taste, look and the texture of the food we preserve.

Following videos describes the best approach that man has invented to keep the food for long periods of time. This technology is not in experimental labs. This is the most widely used technology to keep out of hunger.

The basic logic to keep things cold is to compress the special air under a boiling temperature and release them inside a compact cabinet. When the air evaporates it tends to absorb the heat. The absorbing heat will cool down the air inside the cabinet. That keeps the food cold, and again the air will compress outside of the cabinet to recycle.
